Wonderchef cooking competition

This event was held in my condo function room because my house was too small to accomodate 12 filming crews and celebrity on 18/01/2010.

My dish for the competition was Potanaise dip served with potato skin and salad.

I did not make it to the final maybe because my dish was too simple and I almost forgot an important ingredient after yakking too much with the rest. And I did not speak well in mandarin.

Nevertheless I am proud to be able to present to the viewer another option to use potato rather than the usual stuff like, bake potato, roast potato and stuff potato.

Lastly If I was given ample time to create a new dish, i would present potato angku kuih instead.
